Shipping & Handling Policies

  • We deliver to all postal addresses around the globe at a minimal cost. However, courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Therefore, we kindly request you provide a complete street address along with the pin code/zip code.
  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination country, package weight, and shipping method selected during checkout. You will be provided with the available shipping options and their corresponding costs before completing your purchase.
  • For international shipments, some courier company parcels may be left at the door if no one is available to receive the package or if there is no response to the doorbell. Please note that our courier agents will not be able to provide signed confirmation of delivery in such cases. To prevent any disputes arising from this situation, kindly ensure that someone is present to receive the package when the courier delivery is attempted.
  • Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination and chosen shipping method. Please note that customs processing and other factors in the destination country may impact delivery times.
  • Once your order is placed, please allow 24-72 hours approximately for order processing before your items are shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
  • Please be aware that there are no deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays in all international countries with a 5-day work culture. Additionally, in many Islamic countries, Fridays are considered normal off days. Deliveries are generally scheduled during the regular working hours of the respective courier companies, and these hours may vary from country to country.
  • Tracking information will be provided for all international orders. You can use this information to track the progress of your shipment and estimate its arrival.

Calculating Shipping Cost

  • The shipping cost is not included in the price of each item. We offer fair and transparent shipping rates.
  • Our international shipping and handling rates are determined by the size of your order. Shipping rates are calculated per kilogram of the product. To align with the policies of the shipping companies we work with all weights.

Shipments

  • The Courier Company will make two delivery attempts for international shipments. If the parcel is not successfully delivered after these attempts, you can collect it from the nearby courier office at your convenience. Any associated charges for this service will be borne by you. In case you require additional delivery attempts by the courier company, the rescheduling charges and delivery costs will also be your responsibility.

Transit Risk

  • Devu Fashions cares deeply about your order’s journey. We’re delighted to assure you that all parcels are shipped with full insurance, and this comes at no additional expense to you. Your peace of mind is our priority – should the Courier Company encounter any delivery hiccups, please rest assured that you won’t be at a loss. The in-transit risk is our responsibility to bear
  • However, it’s important to note that while we’re committed to safeguarding your package throughout its journey, we must clarify that Devu Fashions cannot take responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen after being placed at your doorstep by the postal or courier agency.
  • In the unfortunate event that a shipment goes astray during transit, we kindly request your patience for a span of 15 working days. After that time, upon your confirmation, we’ll swing into action to reprocess or reship your order. The feasibility of this action, naturally, depends on the availability of the product at that point.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once the product sets off on its journey, we’ll promptly send you an email detailing the shipment of your order, right at the moment it’s handed over to the Courier.
  • This email will be a treasure trove of information, complete with the tracking number and a link to the Courier Company’s website. You’ll also discover the anticipated delivery date, adding a sprinkle of excitement to your wait. Address Change Request

  • After placing an order, if you need to make changes to the address, you can do so within 24 hours of registering the order. Simply send your request for a shipping address change to [email protected], and we’ll take care of the rest.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Several courier companies impose penalties for shipping addresses with discrepancies, particularly when the address and zip code don’t match up. In such cases, it’s the customer who, without exception, will be responsible for covering any resulting penalties or fees –Devu Fashions won’t be liable. We kindly request you to double-check and ensure the accuracy of your shipping address to avoid any hiccups.

What if any Delays

  • If, for any reason, there is a delay in shipping due to an item being out of stock or an unusual delay in processing an order, we will notify you via email.
  • However, please keep in mind that any delivery dates provided are approximate. We cannot be held liable for any delays in delivering your order, whether in full or in part. In certain situations, we might opt to deliver your order in separate portions. Should part of your order remain unfulfilled, we may offer a Credit Note as an alternative.
  • In the event of natural calamities such as snowfall, floods, earthquakes, tsunamis, and so on, we regret to inform you that the timely delivery of products may be affected.

VAT and Custom Duties

  • VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are beyond our control. They vary based on the regulations of different countries and must be settled directly by the buyer. These charges are not included in our ordering process, but they may be imposed by the respective government of the country.
  • For our international customers, it’s important to note that any customs or duty fees mandated by their country are their responsibility. We have no influence over these charges and cannot anticipate where they might apply, given the diverse policies from nation to nation. These charges are fully under your responsibility.
